Learn about the different types of phone numbers you can use with Autocalls.ai: dedicated numbers, SIP integration, and Caller ID
LarsaAI.com lets you connect three different kinds of phone numbers to your AI assistant:
1. Normal (Dedicated) Numbers
Rented directly from LarsaAI.com.
Can be used for both inbound and outbound calls.
Typically charged as a monthly rental.
Able to handle multiple parallel calls on a single number.
2. SIP Integration (VOIP/PBX)
Connect an existing VOIP or PBX number via SIP.
Lets you keep your current numbers while benefiting from LarsaAI.com’s AI.
Works for both inbound and outbound calls.
Configure this directly in your dashboard under Phone Numbers.

3. Caller ID (Outbound Only)
Use your existing phone number (personal or business) without porting it or integrating via SIP.
Verify ownership via OTP or a short verification call.
That number will appear on recipients’ caller ID for outbound calls.
Inbound calls are not handled by the AI when using Caller ID alone — it only masks the AI’s outbound calls.
Choosing the Right Option
Need inbound and don’t have VOIP? Rent a dedicated number.
Already have PBX or VOIP? Use SIP integration.
Only need outbound showing your own line? Use Caller ID.
